You can browse this website without creating an account. No form sends data from the pages of this website. The contact button opens your email app; you choose whether to send the message.

When you email me

Storm Eckhart EI, trading as SimplyShapedSites, receives the information you voluntarily send: your email address, name, business contact details and project description. This information is used to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, where applicable, provide the service. Quote requests are processed on the basis of steps taken at your request before entering into a contract; other enquiries are processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in responding to correspondents.

This information is accessible to Storm Eckhart and the technical providers needed to operate the email service. The contact address is forwarded by Squarespace Domains through its provider Mailgun, then received in Gmail, provided by Google. Google's data processing and any international transfers are described in Google’s privacy policy. This website does not automatically add you to any marketing mailing list.

How long information is kept

For an enquiry that does not lead to a client relationship, correspondence is kept for no more than twelve months after the last contact. If a service is commissioned, contractual and accounting records are retained in accordance with the applicable requirements.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data and, depending on the applicable legal basis, object to its processing or request data portability. Email stormeckhart@simplyshapedsites.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Browsing and external services

Your choice of light or dark theme and language is saved only in your browser for future visits. These preferences are not sent to SimplyShapedSites. You can change them using the buttons on each page or clear them in your browser.

This website contains no advertising, audience analytics or marketing trackers. Images are served with the website. Copying the email address uses only your device’s clipboard when you press the button. Project links open external websites, which are subject to their own policies.

Hosting and technical data

The website is hosted and distributed by Cloudflare. To display and secure the pages, Cloudflare may process technical information related to requests, including the IP address, date and time, the address of the requested page, and routing and configuration data. Cloudflare describes this processing and any international transfers in its privacy policy.
